The 4 o'clock shaft angle is the sweet spot — it sits naturally against the body for daily wear while remaining perfectly positioned for play. Like all ER models, the ER01 features a permanently integrated silicone rod and is always firm. This firmness is less noticeable with the ER01 than with play-focused models, thanks to the angle that keeps the shaft close to the body.

All ER models maintain a firm, erect shape at all times. The ER01's 4 o'clock angle makes this more manageable for daily wear than other ER models. However, if you prefer a completely soft prosthetic for maximum packing comfort, our FL (Flaccid) Packers are designed specifically for that.
